Carpets and Lobby Tiles to be Cleaned: This upcoming Thursday, February 23, the carpet on floors 2, 4, 5, and 6 will be cleaned. Since the carpet on floor 3 was recently installed, this carpet will not be cleaned. In addition, the tiles in the second floor and the lower garage lobbies will be cleaned. Dycarp has been engaged to perform the work.
The work is expected to start between 8:00 and 9:00 am, and the cleaning may take all day. Dycarp was asked whether foot traffic is allowable while the cleaning takes place. The only instruction received by Dycarp was to use caution when going from a carpet area to the lobby tiles, as the tiles may be slippery.
