Notice of change in management

Cavalier Lands condominium management division is being acquired by Harvey Lindsay. The acquisition will be effective January 1, 2024. Each of us will be receiving information about the impact of this change from Harvey Lindsay in early December. Owners who pay assessments by check will receive information on where to send their assessment. Those who pay through the automatic deduction will not need to make any changes as the account is in the name of the Pilot House and will not change. Additional formation on service calls and emergencies will be in the welcome packets from Harvey Lindsay. Adams Darden and Tom Bond will be joining Harvey Lindsay so we expect the changes to our operation will be minimal.

The changes should be positive as Harvey Lindsay is a larger company with more redundancy in staffing.
