Good Day,
Please note that VSC has been installing the new cameras across the property today. As part of this transition, you may notice some camera feeds from the old system beginning to disappear from the current mobile camera app. This is expected as equipment is replaced.
As the new cameras come online, they are already recording continuously within the new system. However, resident viewing access through the OpenPath mobile app is not yet active. Once installation and configuration are complete, we will enable visibility so residents can view the cameras through the new platform.
