Box cutter to help break down boxes (and reduce space taken in recycle bins)

Thank you recyclers for putting your clean cardboard boxes in the recycle bins. Please be sure to break them down into flat pieces so the recycle bins do not overfill. To help, and as promised, a box cutter is now hanging by the recycle bins.
