All building condensation line flush - April 30/May 1

Good Morning - To avoid future blockages and resulting costly repairs, there will be an all building condensation line flush beginning at 9am on Thursday, April 30. The plumbers (Elevated Plumbing) will begin on the 6th floor and work their way down, finishing last with the town house units. If it cannot be completed in one day, then they will continue starting at 9am on Friday, May 1. An update will be given if the work continues to a second day.

This is a mandatory intervention of the Pilot House HOA. Do not worry about needing to be home all day. If there is nobody home, as PH HOA Board member, I will accompany the plumbers to enter.

I will send another reminder before April 30 but wanted to give plenty of notice.
